Gaute Wangen will take over as CEO of Diri from December 1st.
Frøydis Barstad, who has been CEO for almost two years, has asked to be relieved of her position due to family considerations. Frøydis will continue in Diri in another position, working with communication and management support.
– I am very pleased that Gaute is taking over the helm. He is incredibly skilled, ambitious, and goal-oriented and will steer the ship steadily forward. I am also very grateful that we have found the best solution for both Diri and me personally, says Frøydis.
Gaute Wangen has been active in the management of Diri since the beginning, so the transition to being CEO is quite natural. – I am grateful for the trust I have been shown regarding this position and am ready to embark on the road ahead with the rest of the team. I would also like to thank Frøydis for the effort she has put in as CEO, and I am very pleased that she will continue to be part of the team.
– The focus going forward is to continue to build a good team, develop and sell our unique solution and be the best in the world at risk management, says Gaute.
