Diri has taken some big steps forward in 2024 towards our goal of making high-quality risk management accessible for all.
In 2024, we have, in particular, worked on two areas to get risk management to the people. This includes improving the application and building an advisory service around risk management and privacy.
With the Diri application, you can start your risk assessment easily and efficiently.
It gives you a great overview and control over your suppliers, IT systems and information assets. This overview makes a great starting point for identifying your cyber risks, recording data processing for privacy, and implementing treatments.
This year the entire Diri application has undergone significant changes: IT Systems and Vendors now play a pivotal role in risk assessment, while customisable lists and managed tables offer enhanced flexibility. Improvements in risk assessment tools streamline workflows and visualisation, alongside enhancements in speed, security, and Google Single Sign-On (SSO) support.
The new version introduces an improved risk assessment work surface, allowing the users to visualise the bowtie risk analysis and a risk register view of all the risks. The Diri risk assessment is great for the facilitated workshop format.
IT systems and vendors are central in the new privacy functionality of our solution, where you can utilise our workflow by first recording data processing activities, determining if you need a data privacy impact analysis (DPIA) using our pre-DPIA, and conducting the DPIA itself.
Furthermore, we have introduced improved security through our role-based access control, which, together with the managed tables, makes sure you manage large amounts of users easily.
All of our customers were migrated to our new front end this autumn.
In addition to offering the best risk management and privacy software, we also help our customers with rapid implementation and training in our cloud-based GRC solution.
We provide professional training and follow-up where desired and can assist in various specialist areas customers need, e.g. becoming compliant with different requirements and certifications.
Our expert consultants are experienced and can help businesses of all sizes and levels of maturity, from those who don´t know where to start to those who have advanced in their risk and privacy work.
