Diri AS strengthens our operations and safety through a strategic collaboration with Offcenit AS – a development and operations company headquartered in Lillehammer, in the middle of Innlandet.
Offcenit will be a subcontractor to Diri and will be responsible for the operation and security of our infrastructure, while Diri continues to develop the software itself. – This collaboration is an important step in ensuring the quality of our service delivery after we switched from Azure to more conventional cloud infrastructure. The goal is to provide our customers with an even better and more predictable service, says Gaute Wangen, CEO of Diri.
With Offcenit on the team, we get:
– This does not affect how our customers use Diri. Login, functionality and customer dialogue will be the same as before, says Gaute Wangen. – The collaboration with Offcenit means a more robust operation, as we strengthen our capacity in safety, operations and incident management. In addition, logging, change control and access management will be tighter and better documented.
Another important point is the local presence. – Offcenit is a partner from Innlandet with a short distance to several of our customers in the Mjøs-region. This strengthens our local presence and cooperation in the region, explains Gaute Wangen. – Offcenit is incredibly skilled, and we are very much looking forward to this collaboration!
